

Born on November 12, 1958, in Toledo, Ohio, Cindy lived a life marked by kindness, compassion, and an infectious smile that brought joy to everyone who knew her. She spent most of her life working as a medical transcriptionist, a career that reflected her commitment to helping others.
Cindy found her greatest joy outdoors, especially anywhere near the water and loved swimming. She also enjoyed exploring parks while walking her dog Pearl and looked forward to evenings spent sharing dinner with her devoted husband. Before relocating to Columbus, Ohio, Cindy made many cherished memories growing up in Toledo, Ohio and living in Lansdowne, Maryland.
Cindy will be remembered for her warm heart, bubbly personality, and the genuine love she shared with God, her family and friends. Her gentle spirit and caring nature will be deeply missed.
She was preceded in death by parents, Dorothy Marie (Kratoska) Primm and James Cook Primm; son, Dustin Turner; sister, Nancy Schofield; nephews, Jeremy Primm and Shane Gross; and brother-in-law, William Wilson.
Cindy is survived by her devoted husband, Larrye Borden; sons, Devon Turner and Michael Fitzpatrick (Emilee); stepchildren, Tiffany Borden, Andre Borden, and Angela Sewell; brother, Brad Primm; uncles, David Primm and Jack Collins; aunt Penny; nephews and nieces, Bradley (Hanan), Kyle (Shell), Kevin, Taryn, Sandra, and Treya; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Adam, Alyssa, Gabriella, Kayla, Carter, Jaylen, Brooke, Leighton, Kyla, Braden, Desiree, and Madison; her sisters-in-law, Shirley Gardner and Francine Dunlap; and many cousins.
A memorial service to celebrate Cindy's life will be held at Schoedinger East, 5360 E. Livingston Ave. Columbus, OH. Date and time to be announced.
