David L. Bachman, age 79 of Columbus passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2009. Dave was born on September 15, 1930 in Canal Winchester, Ohio to the late Louis Bachman and Mary Gaynell Crego. Dave is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Marilyn; his son, Mark Bachman, his daughter, Cheryl Hambleton and son-in-law Jeff Hambleton; granddaughter, Ashley Bachman. Dave was a Life member of the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, South Gate- Potter Lodge No. 0782, Canal Winchester, OH. Aladdin Temple, Aladdin Perless Patrol, Shrine Patrol and certified Scuba Diver. Retired from Battelle with more than 50 years of employment in under water research. Dave will be deeply missed by family and friends.
