David Earl Bradford

A memorial service, to celebrate the life of David Earl Bradford, 71 of Heath, will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at 8:00 PM at the Criss-Schoedinger Funeral Home, with Pastor Jeff Smith officiating.

David was born in Zanesville, Ohio on November 4, 1939 to the late Clell S. and Evelyn (McCallister) Bradford. He passed away at his residence on June 23, 2011 in Heath.

David proudly served his country in the United States Army. He retired from Universal Veneer with over 16 years of service. He enjoyed playing the guitar, reading, and spending time outdoors at Dawes Arboretum. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family. He was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and friend.

Survivors include his children, David E. (Kandy) Bradford II of Radcliff, KY, Kevin S. (Barbara) Bradford of Heath and Stephanie (David) Spencer of Heath; grandchildren, Amber, Ahnna, Audrey, Amanda, Karsyn, Mikaela, Kevin II, and David Jr.; great grandchildren, Shelby, Emma, Hannah and Karly; sister, Rita (Roger) Baker of Adamsville; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Beulah Marie (Adams) Bradford in 2003.

Family and friend may call at the funeral home, 179 Granville Street, Newark on Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
