David Currens

Dave was employed with US Airways for 39 years. He enjoyed spending his time hunting, fishing, and watching sports.

Dave is preceded in death by his parents, John and Violet; brothers, Clarence and Paul; and mother-in-law, Catherine Lingel.

Dave is survived by his loving wife, Kay C.; children, Timothy, and Rick (Suzy); grandchildren, Austin, Seth, Joseph, and Madison; sisters, Ruth and Lou; brothers, Roy and Michael; father-in-law, Esher Lingel; brothers and sisters-in-law; and a host of loving nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends from 1-3pm on Wednesday January 9, 2019 at the Schoedinger Northeast Chapel, 1051 E. Johnstown Road, Gahanna, OH, 43230; where a Memorial Service will begin at 3pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Monroe Township EMS and Fire Dept, 24 South Oregon Street, Johnstown, Ohio 43031.
