David Hoffman

David L. Hoffman, age 74, of Columbus passed away on Monday, July 11, 2011. Dave was born in South Bloomfield, Ohio on November 27, 1936; he was the son of the late Lawrence “Bud” and Marvine Hoffman. Dave is survived by his loving wife of 24 years, Billie Jean Hoffman; children, Susan (Steven) Weinberg of New Providence, NJ and David (Stacey) Hoffman of Loveland, OH; step-daughters, Jamie (Zane) Donaldson of Monroeville, PA and Stephanie Fraley of Columbus, OH; grandchildren, Kaitlyn Donaldson, Mitchell Weinberg and Trevor and Lydia Hoffman; brother, Jim (Beverly) Hoffman; and sister, Elizabeth “Liz” (Donald) Miller both of Circleville, OH; and many nieces and nephews. Dave retired from National City Bank and was a former member of Linworth United Methodist Church. He enjoyed golf, cards and woodworking. The family will receive friends on Monday, July 18, 2011 from 11:00am to 1:00pm with a memorial service at 1pm at Schoedinger Worthington Chapel, 6699 North High Street, Worthington, Ohio 43085, Pastor H.
