David Robert Pfeifer

David Robert Pfeifer, age 71, died of COVID on December 5, 2020, after a lengthy battle with COPD. He is survived by his mother, Marjorie Pfeifer; brother, Kenneth (Dawn) Pfeifer; sisters, Deborah (Dennis) Overmyer, and Pamela (Dana) Rudmose; son, Eric Pfeifer; sister-in-law, Karen Murphy; nieces, nephews, and grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Pfeifer; wife, Debra Pfeifer; and step-daughter Christina. He grew up on the west side of Columbus and loved the Westgate Park area. After graduating from Upper Arlington High School, he served in the United States Navy and attended the Ohio State University. He retired from the Franklin County Engineer's office. He moved to Dublin in 2010 where he enjoyed living close to his siblings, neighbors, and new friends. Per David's wishes, he will be cremated with private interment at a later date.
