I remember open Dave move into his apartment when he started working at Germain Toyota we went and picked up his dog Goliath. I’ll never forget that he was funny.

I knew Dave in high school. Grew up in the same town. Spent countless hours listening to music and having fun in a small town of just over 7k people. All of these years later, I'm not sure what led me to search for my childhood friend, but I'm saddened for the loss from his family and coworkers and for the missed opportunity that I had hoped to speak to him once again. I went back to Port Clinton in March of this year to celebrate my 50th birthday and drove around town pointing out the houses I had some of my best memories in and Dave's house was one of those. Your are missed Brother.

My memories of Dave started when he started working at Alliance Data 7 years ago on my team and every day was full of laughter and jokes! He would say to me “you treat me like an animal” in the funniest voice & I would say “No, I don’t, you treat me like one “ he was very thoughtful as well as funny; he would share his apples with peanut butter on them that his wife would pack him. He always shared stories of Mel, Carter, his daughters, grandkids and Shiloh. Then sent me a pic of his new dog. It has been very shocking to lose such a wonderful soul. I am praying for his family’s comfort and strength.

Dave was always the life of the party, quick to include all and always able to make you smile with his hilarious humor. You will be missed Dave.

Dave was an amazing guy who always brightened my day.  He could always make me smile even when I didn’t feel like it.  He is deeply missed and work hasn’t been the same without him.
