Just today-sadly- I learned of this tragic loss of a longtime Vet, colleague and most importantly a Friend. Too many of the old 160th ARG are leaving far too soon and still full of life. To Me he was as unique and ‘cool’ as a Squadron Mate could be. Gracious, nary a complaint, steady and just plowed forward. It was my pleasure to call him a Friend. Retirement so sadly drives Us on separate paths- now an untimely and sad a loss such as Delmar, for Me, is testament to how LUCKY I was to have known him, including in combat. I will miss Delmar and that winner of a smile. Nance and I share our condolences, thoughts and prayers to his family.   Rick and Nance Wetzel
