Dennis D. Carlyle

Dennis D. Carlyle age 82 of Orient passed away Tuesday, October 17, 2017. Dennis was born in Gallipolis to the late Earl and Velma Carlyle. He served his country in the National Guard. Dennis retired from National Electric Coil with more than 40 years of service. He enjoyed working in his yard and sitting on his front porch. He never met a stranger. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Hilda; and daughter Cindy Schneider. Dennis is survived by his son Jerry; son-in-law Tom Schneider; grandchildren Christy, Jessie, Amber, Shelly and Todd; 7 great grandchildren; and excellent friends and good neighbors. Dennis’ family will receive friends 11 AM-2 PM Sunday at the Schoedinger Grove City Chapel 3920 Broadway Grove City where the funeral service will be held 10 Am Monday, October 23.
