Dennis B. Ehrie

Dennis Broderick Ehrie, 67 of Grove City, died Sunday, August 19, 2012. He was born January 13, 1945 in Crawfordsville, IN to the late Dennis and Helen (Perry) Ehrie, Sr. He was a graduate of London High School (1963), The Ohio State University (1967) followed by Capital Law School (1976). Before becoming Administrative Director at University Hospital East, Dennis was in private practice and spent numerous years living his passion as a race car driver. He was a proud and esteemed member of AA and a generous servant in more ways than one in the Central Ohio community. He was an amazing man, a wonderful father, grandfather and friend. He is preceded in death by his brother Bill Seyfried and survived by his son Todd (Terri) Ehrie and their children, Trevin and Coen; loving partner Candi Shoor and her grandchildren, Leah, Avner and Ethan; sister Cheryl Noble; nieces and nephews, Jason, Adam, Matt, Karen, Mike, David, William and Jim; his dogs, Beau and Sebastian, and many additional loving family and friends. Family will receive friends Monday from 5-8 PM at SCHOEDINGER MIDTOWN CHAPEL, 229 E. State St. where a Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday at 6 PM.
