Please accept my deepest condolences to you and your family on the passing of your father, Denny.

Denny was a remarkable individual and a true cornerstone of the Columbus Italian Club. Quite simply, without Denny, the CIC would not be what it is today. Those of us who were there in the early days know exactly what that means.

He never did anything halfway. From helping design, implement, and physically construct the Italian themes for our early festival appearances—whether it was the Leaning Tower of Pisa, a Venetian gondola, the Appian Way, or even redirecting full-size trees from the delivery at his new home straight to the Fairgrounds—Denny always went above and beyond to make sure the Club was presented as the best Italian Club in Columbus.

Beyond the projects and the events, Denny was a man of genuine kindness. He was always available, always listening, and always willing to offer guidance or advice when someone needed it. His impact went far beyond what can be listed or measured.

He will be remembered with deep respect, gratitude, and affection by all of us who had the privilege of working alongside him and calling him a friend.
