I love you destiney you where a good friend and i will allways miss you from when you lived next door but i see you everytime i look at angel

i remember when we used to cheer together and we would make fun of all th other girls bc we thought we were better than them even though we were like 8.haha. and last year in gym class i would always get really mad and you would be the only one to calm me down bc you were just so peaceful. i just cant believe your gone its like i just feel like you moved away or something its just so unreal. i will always remeber you destiney renea.

I couldn't believe it when i found out my BEST FRIEND died :( Even tho me and her never got to hang out, but we had the GREATEST times in band class when she went to teays valley, & we became so close; Im going to miss this girl sooo much, she always made EVERYONE happy & became everyones best friend. <3 Baby girl i love you & miss you soo much. Hunny you'll NEVER be forgotten.

Destiney was one of my closest friends.  I will never forget all the things the did for me.  She would always put other people's needs before her own.  She was an amazing friend

One of my favorite memories is when Carlos (my dog), took your piece of cinnamon toast, and I always liked you would stay with Darienne because you always played with me. :)

Destiney was my bestfriend , the one i could truely count on . we have so many memories together , and i have a lot that are my favorite . i remember when we always used to get dressed up , just to take pictures . and when i went over to her house , they would usually have steak because they know it's my favorite . Over the past year, since i had to move , we hadn't seen eachother much , but when we did , we would hold hands and hug for like 10 min. and tell eachother what had went on since we last seen eachother. we had one of those friendships where it was just natural , like we were meant to be bestfriends and that's how god wanted us to be . Losing her is hard , but i know that she is in a better place and she is with me . even though i can't see her , she is there . 

I love you destiney , and you will always be in my heart , forever .

ok i didnt know destiney very well but i did know her. i remember how we would walk in the halls and she would randomly say popcorn. lol. i just cant believe it will never happen agin. i will miss u destiney. we all love you. and will miss you!!!

Destiney and I had been friends for awhile, but when we got in high school we became closer. One of my favorite memories with her was when her, kaylee hardy, and me went swimming this past summer. We got into the pool and all had a fit because there was something at the bottom, but everyone was to scared to go down and see what it was. 

Destiney, you were a good friend of mine and I always looked forward to seeing you everyday at school because no matter what you always put me in a good mood. You were such a friendly person and always put everyone else problems before yours. No matter what you were going through you always had a smile on your face and you were always positive about everything. Even though we fought some I never stopped being your friend. I'm going to miss having you in our gym class and always seeing your smiling face. I love you so much destiney, I wasn't ready for you to go this soon, nor was anyone else. I feel sorry for her family and hope the best for them. You will always be in our hearts, we all love you and will miss you soo much! RIP Destiney </3

Me and Destiney would always pass notes in study hall and skip down the hallways before she moved to Circleville <3 She was my best friend and the only person I could trust. I loved her so much, she was beautiful and amazing in every single way. R.I.P Destiney. <3

Corey Dowland: I was Destiney's boyfriend she was the love of my life, my faveorite memory of her was probibly the day we skiped school together even though we got in trouble at the end of the day it was just me and her for the whole day, and was probibly one of the best days of my life. I will alwase love and miss her

I met Destiny when she was in kindergarten, we took a class fieldtrip to the franklin park conservatory. that was the day my daughter and destiny became close friends. they were together almost everyday. destiny was a very beautiful young lady, inside and out. Destiny was there for my daughter through her hard times that she had. she was a very compassionate person. Thank you Destiny for making our lives brighter. we will always love you and will never forget you.

I've known Destiney Shaw since kindergarten of 2000. She had am school and I had pm so we never met until they merged the classes together for a field trip. Our class went to a butterfly convention. My mother, Becky McNichols, also met Destiny that day because volunteered to help watch the kids. While sitting on the bus my mom, we noticed a girl who couldn't find anyone who would sit with her. The most memorable part about that day was her lady bug dress she wore. At first I was shy and didn't want to sit with her, I wanted to spend time with my mom. But mom called her out and offered her to come sit with us. So all three of us squeezed into one bus seat and rode all the way to the butterfly convention. At the convention we had a great time getting to know each other more. After a day of learning about and seeing a lot of butterflies we received our own butterflies and it was time to go home. On the ride home, Destiney sat with us again. I expected to be uncomfortable sitting with someone I didn't know but I didn't expect her to fall asleep on my shoulder. But I let her sleep on my shoulder all the way home and then realized that we were neighbors. That was the day that Destiny Shaw became my best friend. From then on, we played together everyday after school. Her little sister, Angel Shaw, and my little sister, Alexis McNichols were also the same age. Our little sisters soon became friends after Destiney and I met. Then, the four of us all played together after school everyday. After we both moved away from each other, we didn't hang out much anymore, and our little sisters also lost touch. I wish so much that we could go back to elementary school and all four of us be close friends. I love and miss the girl in the lady bug dress and I always will  not matter what. I also love her little sister, Angel, and hope that she and Alexis can go back to being best friends again and never have to go through anything like ths again. Ill always consider Destiney one of my best friends and the only person in this world I could share my one and very deep secret with. I love you Destiney Renae Shaw, I have since the day you fell asleep on me in your lady bug dress and I promise I always will.

Destiney was a great person who didn't deserve to die so young!!! she always had a smile on her face, even through the bad stuff!!! she always helped anyone who needed it!!! she was such a great friend!!! she helped me through alot, especialy through middle school!!! in middle school destiney, dariene, and i were best friends.... are nick names for each other were teddy (destiney), donut (dariene), lilly (miranda). we had so much fun through the years... theres so many great memories to look back on, to cherish!!! i still have some of the notes and things that we made each other, and as i look at them i cant help but cry and think of the great times we had when we thought life would never end.... the things we said and done were some times crazy but i wouldn't change one thing because they were so much fun and they are the memories i now cherish!!! i only wish destiney was still here.... i wish i could talk to her once more, to tell her goodbye, how much she meant to me, how much of an inpact she had on my life, and how great of a person she truly was.... it's hard to imagine life without her, to go on without her.... but if we all stick together we can make it through this terrible time!!! the loss of destiney is truly a tragety!!! i love and miss you so much destiney renae shaw!!! you were such a great person, and you will never be forgoten!!! I loved how Destiney would always make me smile, even when I was sad or mad. She helped me through all my problems, no matter how hard they were to get through. She was someone I trusted with everything I had. She was funnier than anyone I know. She always had a smile on her face, even when she didn't feel the best. Last year, I would always go down to art 9th period, just to sit there and talk to her. Even if I got in trouble for being out of study hall to long. I love Destiney Renae, and she will always be in my heart. I'm sorry for her parents' loss. She is watching over all of us. I miss and love you Destiney. RIP </3

Destiney and I have been friends my whole entire life. She had always been there for me and everyone else around her. She ALWAYS had a smile on her face no matter what. She always wanted everyone else to be happy as will. My favorite High School memorie of Destiney was when we were in lunch and she wanted peoples attention at our table and she tapped her hand on the table and brought it up and made a funny noise.(: 

Destiney, you were one of my Best Friends. We have been through EVERYTHING together, from dipar days to high school days, and then all the sudden before my eyes i didnt even get to say goodbye. You had everything great going for you. You didnt even get to do the couple things you wanted to do before you die. I just wish I could see your smiling face just one more time just to talk to you for at least one minute. You will never be forgotten always rememberd. Not as the girl who died but the girl who always knew the best way to cheer everyone up, you were great. Now your in a better place now. I will see you again soon. I love and miss you. i never really knew her but i wish i did...me and her boyfriend corey (friends since 2nd grade) hanged out all day at pumkin show. i never saw her after that...

my favorite memeorie is when we use to meet each other in mrs. couch's algebra class and we would alays have some thing to tell each other we was all ways talking about tommy and nick and how much we loved them. then after math me and her would walk to our last class. art with tish mcnichoals and brittanie payne. one day Destiney came in to class with a not on her head and when i ask her what happened she said her ,tommy ,and derek was at the park and tommy and them were throwing rocks at a passing train. then tommy made her mad and she picked up a rock and throw it at the train and it bounced back and hit her in the head. the she laughed and said i think i have a concusion. im going to miss her with all of my heart she was really the only one i told everything to and she never jugded me at all and she was always there for me to.  and everytime she dided to talk i would be there to listen to her im probubly one of the only friends she has that actually knew how she felt. she understood me and i understood her. and i will always love her she was my girl. i wish this never would have happened cause no im lost without her. she will forever and always be in my heart i love you destiney reane :). love always your friend serenia.
