Diane T. Dobbins

Diane T. Dobbins, born June 16, 1951, in Columbus, Ohio. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose warmth and generosity touched every life she encountered. She grew up in Columbus, attended Walnut Ridge High School, and later graduated from Wilmington High School in 1969.

Diane spent her career caring for others. She worked at Glenwood United Methodist Church with the kindergarten group, served as a clerk assistant at Riverside Methodist Hospital, and later she enjoyed a successful career in real estate.

Diane was preceded in death by her husband E. Dobbins; her devoted partner of more than 30 years Joseph P. Segna; parents Milton Price and Marion Price-Evans; brother Rusty Price; and sister Peggy Adkins.

She is survived by her loving children Brandon (Shelly) Dobbins, David (Chris) Dobbins, Angela (Chris) Gunderson, and Ryan Dobbins. She was a proud and devoted grandmother who absolutely adored her grandchildren Cassidy (Sheldon) Mast and Parker Parker, cherishing every moment she spent with them.

Diane lived her life with a joyful spirit. A lifelong fan of Peter, Paul and Mary, she loved music, laughter, and filling her home with the comforting aromas of Thanksgiving, her favorite holiday.

She found peace and happiness in simple pleasures of camping, making s’mores and camper pies by the fire, gardening, and preparing homemade canned goods. Some of her fondest memories were made during family vacations at Lake Cumberland.

Diane reveled in watching her four children grow into the people they are today, and she took immense pride in the family she built, nurtured, and loved so deeply.

Visitation will be held at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST, 1740 Zollinger Road from 4:00-7:00pm on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Christopher Catholic Church, 1420 Grandview Avenue at 10:00am on Wednesday, April 8, 2026. Inurnment to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
