Donald Eugene Madden

Donald Eugene Madden, 69, passed away on February 10, 2019. He was born in Columbus, Ohio on December 20, 1949 to the late Edwin Clarence Madden Sr. and Hazel (Lewis) Madden. Don was a proud U.S Army veteran. He retired from the Postal Service with 28 years of service. He was a former member of Westgate UMC and current member of Glenwood UMC. Don's family was very important to him and he enjoyed going on motorcycle trips with his son, Eddie. He was a member and past Master of the Luther B. Turner Masonic Lodge #732; and member of the Aladdin Shrine. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Edwin C. Madden, Jr. Don is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Delilah Madden; son, Donald Edwin "Eddie" (Kathryn) Madden; several 4 legged grandchildren; sister, Sandra (Clyde) Overturf; brother, Gary Madden; sister-in-law, Lynn Madden; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at the SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY CHAPEL, 3920 Broadway, Grove City, where the funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday.
