

Donetta June Cuppari, 82, passed away peacefully on May 11, 2025 in Columbus, Ohio. Born on October 8, 1942, Donetta spent much of her life in Detroit, Michigan, before moving to Columbus, Ohio in 1987 for work. Donetta dedicated 42 years of service to General Motors, retiring proudly in 2006. She was known for her impeccable sense of style, her love of shopping, exploring new restaurants, traveling and her unwavering faith. Her church family held a special place in her heart, and she was a devoted servant of God, finding joy and strength in her faith. She is survived by her daughters Angel Weber, whose husband Brad has passed away, and Lisa Cuppari, along with her lifelong partner Steve Vandekerckhove. Donetta was also a loving grandmother to Megan Huddleston and her partner Matthew Butcher. She is preceded in death by her beloved daughter Sherry Krupski, her parents, siblings, and other close family members. Donetta was the life of the party, a woman whose vibrant personality and warm spirit left a lasting impression on everyone she met. Her memory will be cherished by her family, friends, and all who knew her. While respecting her wishes of a direct burial a celebration of Donetta’s life may be scheduled at a later date. Her final resting place is Sunset Cemetery in Galloway, Ohio.
