Dorothy Mae Louise Jones, age 81, passed away on Saturday, October 16, 2010. Born in Kanawha County, W.Va., on December 10, 1928, to the late Moses and Mary Harston. Survived by her sisters, Elsie, Mattie, Louise, Louverna, and Virginia. Preceded in death by her husband, Willie Jones; and son, Ronnie Spears. Family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m. on Friday, October 22, 2010, at the SCHOEDINGER LINDEN MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 2741 Cleveland Ave., where a funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. on Friday, Rev. Pierce officiating. Interment will follow at Eastlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
