Dow is survived by children; Dow Cisco III, James (Marianne) Cisco, and Suzie, grandchildren; Dustin, Jeremy, Adam, Eric, Nick, and Will, many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, along with other dear family and friends. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by, his loving wife of 64 years Cecelia Cisco, children; Mary and Kathy, grandchild, James Cisco, and daughter-in-law, Cheryl Cisco.
He was a bright presence in people’s lives and will be missed deeply.
Family will receive friends Friday August 9, 2024, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at SCHOEDINGER EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5360 E. Livingston Ave, with a funeral service the following day, Saturday, August 10, 2024, at 10:00 am, with burial at Franklin Hills Memory Gardens.
