My deepest sympathies to the Lute family,

I only got to spend a short amount of time with Earl and Dottie during my early teenage years but they made a lasting impression on me that I’ve carried in my heart my entire adult life. Their kind and gentle spirit is something that I’ve tried to emulate as I travel through my own life. I have thought about them both many times over the years and will continue to do so but I will miss them greatly now that they are gone.  – R. Allen

To the Family,

It is always difficult during these times as we lose those that we love. It is very clear to see that Earl was a very loving person that committed much of his time to others. I would like to share a thought from the bible that can give us comfort during these times.

Rev 21:4 "He will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore."

What a wonderful promise for all of us in the near future as God eliminates death and all the residual effects of it. I hope this can give you some comfort during this difficult time.

Lit a candle in memory of Earl Everett Lute

Vacations in Florida every year still bring back wonderful, warm, sunny memories of both Earl and Dottie.  They both always had smiles and were there to help make our trips the best!  Earl was a man of funny stories from his trips to Russia for work and fun to walk with on the beach looking for shells.
     Both were great grandparents that I was lucky to share a fun time in my life with and I always knew they would be prepared for when this day came  to continue their journey onward and upward together.

Uncle Earl you will be missed more than you would have ever known. Though our hearts are heavy they are also filled with precious memories. Thank you for being such a large part of the wonderful memories I hold dear. Give Aunt Dottie a kiss for me and when you see Dad and Jackie tell them I miss them.

Sorry Craig, and Connie for your parents are both gone from earth but think of it as they are together again in a heavenly place as they would want to be..  Remember the good times and so many memories to cherish with all the love they gave you and your families for years. At one of our family reunions many years ago at Pike Lake, Uncle Earl was talking with two of my nephews, the Wooldridge children. When he said hello to me, I asked, "Uncle Earl, you're not telling these impressionable young men a fishing tale, are you?"  He replied, "No, I'm just trying to explain to them why my nickname used to be Red."  I love and miss you Uncle Earl, but I know you've been reunited with your love, Aunt Dottie, and so many other loving family members that you've missed talking with on occasion. I have an endless amount of memories I could share about my papa.  Outings he would take me on when I was little such as riding bikes, creeking, hiking, walking trails...playing any game I picked in the backyard....watching Dallas with him and mama when I would spend the night hahaha.  We talked and talked and talked....I always went to papa with questions about life and about the Lord, from the time I could talk and he always had time to talk as long as I wanted or needed to.  I am so proud to have him as my grandpa and Dorothy as my grandma.  Simply put, they are the two best people I have ever known.  God very clearly put them on this earth to find each other and be together forever and I'm so grateful to know that they are together again and happy.
