Edward F. "Pete" Kelley

Edward F. “Pete” Kelley, age 86 of Columbus, passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2009. Pete was born in Phoenix, Arizona to the late Charles and Alma Kelley. Also preceded by son, David Kelley, two brothers, and one sister. U.S. WWII Army Air Corp. Veteran. Member of Improved Order of Redmen, Hilliard, American Legion Post #532, Columbus Moose Lodge #11, and the Golden Moose Sr. Club. Survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Barbara Ridenour Kelley; sister-in-law, Billie Williams; nephews, Richard (Ellen) and David (Joette) Ridenour, and Brad Laver; and many other extended family members and dear friends. Graveside funeral services will be held at 1 P.M. Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at Green Lawn Cemetery, 1000 Greenlawn Ave. Father Kevin Lutz officiating. Family will receive friends from 5-8 P.M. Tuesday at SCHOEDINGER HILLTOP CHAPEL, 3030 W. Broad St. where a LOOM Service will begin at 7:30 P.M. Contributions may be made to Mt. Carmel College of Nursing Scholarship Fund, 127 S.
