Elizabeth McLane

Elizabeth (Liz) McLane, 63, passed away on June 30, 2018. Born in Columbus, Ohio to the late Richard and Marlen Kunz, Liz graduated from Walnut Ridge High School in 1973. During her career, she worked for QFM, WSYX, and Time Warner Cable/Spectrum. A second mother to many of her sons' friends, Liz cared for and sometimes grounded those most deserving. She spoke her mind and touched each life that she met. Liz was preceded in death by her brother, John Kunz. She will be missed by her wonderful husband of 35 years, Steve; her sons, John and Adam (Nell Selander) McLane; her expected grandchild; siblings, Sandra Kunz-Freeman, Thomas (Mary Jo) Kunz, Jane (Randy) Abrams; sister-in-law, Sandy Kunz; and many friends, colleagues, and extended family members. The planet won't be the same without her. Arrangements were entrusted to SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL 1740 Zollinger Rd., Columbus, OH 43221 where the family will receive friends from 3-4pm on Sunday, July 8, 2018 followed by a memorial service at 4pm.
