

Elizabeth Ann Palmer (better known as Ann), 55, passed away May 9, 2012 at Wexner Heritage Village-Zusman Hospice in Bexley, OH, as a result of complications with amyloidosis. She was surrounded by her daughters when she went on to be with the Lord.
She was born in Buffalo, New York to John H. and Margaret L. Palmer who both preceded her in death. She attended school 15 elementary school and graduated from East High School in 1974. She worked at Harmac Medical Products where she worked in injection molding. She later worked at Milliard Fillmore Hospital in environmental services until injured on the job in 1993. Through the years she always looked out for those who needed help. Often opening up her home to countless family members and friends. She was very generous and kind to those who needed her help. One of her greatest joys in life was her joint raising of her grandchild Jaylin.
In 2005 she relocated to Maryland to continue to help raise her grandchild. After several bouts of unexplained illnesses and hospitalizations she was finally diagnosed in 2009 with amyloidosis. She later relocated to Columbus, OH in 2010 to get better treatment.
She is survived by her two daughters Tamisha Palmer and Juanita Witherspoon, a granddaughter Jaylin Scott, one surviving brother David Palmer (two brothers preceded her in death William Palmer and John Palmer, Jr.), and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. As much as we will miss her, she is finally freed from all pain and suffering that she endured on this earth. A memorial service will be held in her honor at Calvary Rock Fellowship Ministries, May 19, 2012, 2540 Bailey Avenue Buffalo, NewYork 14215 at 1:00 pm. We ask that instead of wearing traditional black that you wear your favorite color and black since mom loved bright colors.
