Elizabeth "Lyza" Tabor, age 38, died suddenly September 25, 2017 at Mt. Carmel Hospital. She was born June 21, 1979 to Jerry and Martha Tabor in Columbus, Ohio. Preceded in death by her father, Jerry Tabor. Survived by her beloved children, Leea, Samuel, Leyah, and Lee; mother, Marty Tabor; brother, Joshua Tabor; sister, Lori (Brad) Haynes; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles; and companion, Dustin Green. Family will receive friends from 12 pm Saturday, September 30, 2017 until the time of the service at 1 pm at the Schoedinger Grove City Chapel, 3920 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio.
