Mrs. Elizabeth Weaver

Elizabeth “Betty” Weaver, age 83, of Bexley, passed away Sunday, January 14, 2024 at her home with her family by her side. She was born December 17, 1940 in New York, New York, the daughter of the late Harry and Lillian (Helthaler) Ehrich. She was a retired librarian. Betty will be deeply missed and is survived by her husband of 56 years, Joseph Weaver; daughter, Karen Weaver; son Andy Weaver; sisters, Nancy Ehrich and Kathie Ehrich; brother, Ralph Ehrich; niece and nephew and many friends. She received a Master’s degree in Library Science from Drexel University. Betty was an active member of Christ Lutheran Church, where she was involved with the church’s social concerns committee. A Celebration of Life service will be held 11:00 am Thursday, February 1, 2024 at Christ Lutheran Church, 2314 E. Main Street, where family will receive friends after 10:00 am Thursday until time of service. Private interment Green Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Christ Lutheran Church, 2314 E. Main Street, Bexley, OH 43209, in Betty’s name. Arrangements Entrusted to SCHOEDINGER EAST, 5360 E.
