Ellen J. Wilson

Ellen J. Wilson, age 78, died Wednesday, September 8, 2010. She was born September 22, 1931 in Newark, Ohio to the late Richard and Margaret (Harvey) Stokes. Ellen was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church where she was actively involved for many years. She found enjoyment in family gatherings, gardening, camping, and genealogy. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Jay J. Wilson; son, William George Wilson; brothers, Richard (Rosie) and Ron Stokes; and sister, Colleen Stokes. Ellen is survived by her children, Greg (Lillian) Wilson, Sr. Louise Marie (Cathy) Wilson, Tom (Laura) Wilson, Mary Aaron, Joe Wilson, Jim (Dana) Wilson, Tim (Dawn) Wilson, Patti (Larry) Lykins, and Frank (Marilyn) Wilson; grandchildren, Bridget, Chelsea, Anna, Megan, Heidi, Tyler, Haley, Alex, Andy, Andy, Abby, Brandon, Nicholas, and Shane; great-grandchildren, Drew, Melissa, Ava, and Canaan; and brother, Rob (Shirley) Stokes. Mass of Christian burial will be held 10 a.m. Monday, September 13 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 3730 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call 3-6 p.m. Sunday, September 12 at the SCHOEDINGER-NORRIS CHAPEL 3920 Broadway, Grove City. Contributions in Ellen’s memory may be made to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church.
