Eloise H. Dennis

Eloise H. Dennis, age 83, longtime Columbus resident, recently of Pickerington, died peacefully Thursday, April 13, 2017 at Mount Carmel East Hospital. She was born on September 10, 1933 in Pike County Kentucky. Eloise was a preschool teacher at the Blue-Ribbon Academy and Creative Childcare for many years. She then worked part-time at the Kroger’s on Refugee Road. She will be dearly missed and is survived by, Son and Daughter-in-Law, Daniel L & Connie Dennis, of Columbus, Son Michael R. Dennis and his wife, Pamela Kirk, of San Diego, CA, and brother, Donald Hunt, of New Boston, OH. Preceded in death by her parents Mary Belle & Curtis Hunt; her husband of over 50 years Wallace H. Dennis, and brothers Bub & Oakey.

Eloise was a longtime member of Beacon Chapter # 593, O.E.S and an active volunteer with Mount Carmel East Hospital for many years.

At Eloise’s request, there will be no services. Private interment Glen Rest Memorial Estates.
