

Elonda Lynn (Keaton) VanSickle, 40, of Circleville, passed away from this world Monday, April 11, 2011. She was born November 14, 1970 in Circleville, the daughter of Carl Eugene “Joe” Keaton and Debra Mae Keaton Day. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, William VanSickle. She is survived by her husband, Blake Crosby of the home; parents Debbie (Fred) Day of Circleville and Carl “Joe” (Jan) Keaton of Coshocton; daughters, Stephanie VanSickle of Circleville and Ashly VanSickle of Ashville; grandchildren, Nevaeh, Caylinn, Cylie Jo and one on the way; sisters, Debbe Jo (Darrell Arnett) Keaton; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Elonda or “E” as she was known to friends and family was a graduate of Westfall High School. She liked sports, especially softball and the 49ers, NASCAR racing, swimming and cookouts. She was known by her family as being very funny and loved to have a good time. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Our hearts are broken. We hope she’s in a better place and that God will take care of her. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday at Defenbaugh-Wise-Schoedinger Funeral Home with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Cemetery, Mt. Sterling.
