I miss her so much all she wanted was what was best for her kids and I couldnt give her that. Greatest Mom thank you for sharing with me. Made me smile and cry

Lit a candle in memory of Emma Lee Turner

Hope someone in Emma's family sees this.  While I never knew Emma personally, Emma is my first cousin.  Her Mother Ethel Stanley Bird Yates is my Aunt, sister to Rome Stanley, my Dad (known to family as Opie).  Would have enjoyed knowing Emma and would enjoy connecting with her family. To the Family,
I am sorry to hear of your loss, and thought I could give you some comfort from the bible. When we are dealing with things that are very difficult it is wonderful to know that we have somewhere to turn in these times.

2 Corinthians 1:3, 4 states, "Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in our trails so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we received from God."

So we can see here that we can turn to our heavenly father for comfort and he will help us as well and give us the strength to comfort others. We can do this through prayer and by turning to his word the bible for answers, encouragement and comfort. I hope this can give all of you some comfort during this difficult time.

Even as the loss of Emma Lee brings tears to your eyes, may the sound of her name be music to your ears and the memories you hold bring joy to your heart.
