Erin Elizabeth Finn, lovingly known to her family as “Peach,” passed away on October 3, 2025, at the age of 21 after bravely facing cancer. Born on September 5, 2004, in Upper Arlington, Ohio, Erin’s presence filled every space she entered with warmth, laughter, and light.
She began her education at St. Agatha Parish School before graduating from The Wellington School, and at the time of her passing was a sophomore at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. Erin’s quick wit, infectious humor, and vibrant spirit left a lasting impression on all who met her. She was deeply compassionate and endlessly generous, always ready to be a source of comfort for those in need. A lover of music and film, she found joy in sharing her passions, and her beautiful singing voice often filled the house.
During her battle with cancer, Erin was deeply touched by the nurses and caregivers who stood by her side. Their compassion inspired her to consider changing her studies so that one day she, too, could bring hope and care to others walking a similar road. That was who Erin was - always thinking of others, even in her hardest moments.
Erin is survived by her loving parents, Matthew and Stacey Finn, and her devoted brothers, Brendan and Jack, who will forever carry her in their hearts. She will be laid to rest beside her grandparents, John and Faye Kaelber, at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Delaware, Ohio. A visitation will be held at Schoedinger Northwest, located at 1740 Zollinger Road, Columbus, Ohio, 43221, on October 9, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A funeral service will be held at St. Agatha Church on October 10, 2025 at 10 AM, where family and friends will gather to celebrate the extraordinary life she lived. Burial to follow at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery in Delaware, Ohio.
Some lives shine with such brilliance that they cannot be contained. Erin was one of those rare souls - a beautiful spirit whose wings could never be bound. Though her absence leaves a profound void, her light endures in the hearts of all who loved her, a beacon of love and courage that will never fade.
