Ethel D. Lewis, age 98, of Upper Arlington, passed Saturday, October 26, 2013 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. She was born in Michigan in 1915, and was the beloved wife of Clarence H. Lewis, Sr., who preceded her in death. She was a member of Order of the Eastern Star, Triangle Chapter #592. All services are private and have been entrusted to Schoedinger Northwest Chapel in Upper Arlington. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the American Heart Association, 5455 N High St, Columbus, OH 43214.
