

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, the love of her life, William F. Harris; brothers and sisters; Phil, Rose, Kitty, Alec and Louie.
Evelyn was a devoted wife, loving mother, compassionate grandmother, caring friend, active member of Beth Messiah Synagogue, member of Dodge Recreation center in Columbus, Evans Senior Center in Grove City, Silver Sneakers in Urbancrest, and numerous volunteering activities throughout the community.
Evelyn relocated to Columbus, Ohio in 1956. Soon after she proudly attained her United States Citizenship and became a very patriotic citizen of this country.
Evelyn was passionate about music, a beautiful vocalist and she loved to dance.
Evelyn is survived by her children, Rex (Kimberly) Harris; Victor (Tamara) Harris, Robert (Candy) Harris, Dianna (Timothy) Allen, and Deborah Harris; 18 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren; The Hoban family, The Woodcock family, The Grace family in Ireland and England; and many other relatives and friends.
A Private Graveside Service will be held at Sunset Cemetery with a Celebration of Evelyn’s Life at a later date.
