Evelyn Catherine McNally

Evelyn Catherine Stewart McNally was born on September 25th, 1920 on a small farm near Point Peasant, West Virginia to her parents, the late Eddie Orman and Lillie Belle Swisher Stewart. She was a telephone operator during the War. On September 2nd, 1951, she married Oliver W. McNally, and they had two sons: Charles Stewart “Chuck” McNally, who passed away in 1955, and David W. McNally, who was born in 1956.

She is survived by her husband, Oliver; son, David and his wife Amy (King); granddaughter Kristin, and her husband Carl Wolf; two great-grandchildren, Alya and Erica. She is also survived by her two nieces: Karen Stewart, and Jonni, and her husband, Larry Doeppenschmidt. She is also preceded in death by her siblings: Martha Elizabeth and Clara Francis Stewart, and John Edward Stewart.

Family will receive friends from 4-6pm, Wednesday, November 4th, 2015 at Schoedinger Worthington Chapel, 6699 N. High Street in Worthington. Her Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am, Thursday, November 5th, 2015 at Mountview Christian Church, 2140 Fishinger Road, Columbus, 43221. Pastor Kevin Snyder, officiating. Interment to follow at Union Cemetery. Schoedinger Northwest Chapel is honored to serve her family.
