Everette William “Bill” Myers, age 87, of Columbus, passed away Tuesday, November 16, 2010. He was born in New Martinsville, West Virginia on December 20, 1922. Bill was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps serving in WWII and retired from Lennox Industries after 38 years of service. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Wilma Lee Morgan; and brother, Kenneth Dean Myers. Survivors include his loving wife of 63 years, Evelyn Myers; daughters, Virginia “Ginny” Lee (Jim) Squeo, and Brenda K. Shelley; five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Bill’s services will be held privately. Interment will take place at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, Ohio. In lieu of flowers donations in Bill’s memory may be made to the Capital Area Humane Society, 3015 Scioto Darby Executive Court, Hilliard, OH 43026-8990.
