Faith Levine

Faith Levine- beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend to many passed away on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at the age of 71 in Columbus, Ohio. Faith was born in Erie, PA to Harold and Ruth (Johnston) Moore. She is a proud alumna of Upper Arlington High School in 1971 and The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Administrative Sciences and Northwestern University with a Master’s degree in Business. Faith was a devoted Kiwanian as an active member of the Dublin and I-Next Kiwanis Clubs, past Club President; past Lieutenant Governor and Past Kiwanis District Governor of Ohio, 2018-2019. Faith was a firm believer in following your passion and her passion was improving the lives of kids throughout the Kiwanis organization. Faith always had a smile on her face, and was compassionate and loving. She loved to cook and doting after her only grandson, Caden. Faith is survived by her daughter, Lisa Sires and husband Chip; beloved grandson, Caden Sires; sister, Deborah Lynn Wallace and niece, Kristin Nichole Smith and husband Tyler as well as her countless friends and fellow Kiwanians in Ohio and throughout the Kiwanis International family. A Celebration of Life will be held 12:30 pm Sunday, January 26, 2025 at the Amelita Mirolo Barn, 4395 Carriage Hill Lane, Upper Arlington, Ohio 43220. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Ohio District Kiwanis Foundation, c/o P.O. Box 668, Circleville, OH 43113 in support of the Dublin Kiwanis Club Advised Fund, I-Next Club Advised Fund or the 4-H Scholarship Fund, in Faith’s name.
