Floyd L. Smith

Floyd L. Smith, age 81, passed away on January 20, 2021 at Select Specialty Hospital in Columbus. Floyd was born on January 17, 1940 in Columbus, Ohio to Ray and Mary (Mehring) Smith. He was a longtime resident of Park West Court Apartments and will be missed by all of his caregivers and friends. Floyd will be remembered for his love of Pepsi. Everyone knew that he loved to drink Pepsi and would have a can waiting for him when he asked. They will also miss his quirky saying that put a smile on their faces. Preceded in death by his parents and brother, Raymond Smith. Survived by all his friends and caregivers at Park West Court Apt's; sisters, Gloria McGraw, Alberta Smith and Carol Litman; many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 from 11-12:30 pm at Heart and Hope Funeral Home by Schoedinger, 3030 W. Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43204. Graveside and interment will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, January 28, 2021 at Franklin Hills Memory Gardens, 5802 Elder Road, Canal Winchester, Ohio 43110.
