

Frankie is survived by sons; Scott (Carla Cross) Swickard and Grafton (Anne Hurley) Swickard, grandchildren; Cody and Kyle Swickard, and two great grandchildren, along with many other dear family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by, first husband, Drennen Swickard, second husband, John Richard Rinehart, siblings; Richard Price, Thomas Price and Martha Rodgers, and aunt, Jessie Sesslor.
Frankie devoted more than 30 years to her work as a special education teacher, a role she embraced with deep compassion and unwavering dedication. Her students were at the heart of her life, and she found genuine joy and purpose in helping them grow. She was an accomplished bridge player and also took great pleasure in games of euchre, often sharing laughter and connection around the table. Frankie found happiness in creating a warm, welcoming home, decorating for every season and celebration. In her free time, she cherished weekends spent camping with her family, making lasting memories together in the beauty of the outdoors. Her light touched so many lives, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Family will be having a Funeral Service, on Monday, May 11, 2026, at 1PM, at SCHOEDINGER EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5360 E. Livingston Ave and burial to follow at Glen Rest Memorial Estate. Please share condolences or memories with Frankie’s family.
