

Frank N. Bohn, 87, passed away peacefully at Kobacker House on February 21, 2013 following a brief illness. Frank was a lifelong resident of Columbus and he proudly served in the US Air Force during WWII. Frank retired from the US Postal Service where he was a Mail Carrier at the Oakland Park Branch. Frank is preceded in death by his wife Lillian “Polly” Bohn and his long time companion, Rosa Driskill. He is survived by his children, Diana Sandefur, Roger Bohn, Laura “Buckwheat” Bohn, Peggy Clauss, Donald (Marcia) Bohn; their mother, Deloris Miller; step-children Billy (Connie) Shropshire, Arlene Foulk and Brenda Bradish; grandchildren Tom, Katy, Lija, Sonia, Nathan, Aaron and Amy; very dear friends Prince and Liz Maldon, Charlie Green; numerous friends, nieces and nephews. Frank will be remembered for his kind heart and witty sense of humor. Per Frank’s request, there will be no calling hours. A Memorial Service will be conducted at a later date.
