He is survived by his loving Wife of 65 years, Anita (Predovich) Neff, his daughter, Shelli Ledford and her husband, James Ledford, his son, Brad Neff and his wife Margaret Neff, There four grandchildren: Kayla Hamilton and her husband Kyle, Victoria Neff, Zach Ledford and his wife, Sadie, and Jonathan Neff and his wife Roshny: and his three great grandchildren: Violet Hamilton, Charlie Hamilton and Nolan Hamilton.
Frank worked in the travel industry for 41 years and traveled extensively with his wife Anita. They lived to go cruising.
Frank taught Sunday school, served on the church board and was the church treasurer for many years at the Troy Church of the Nazarene until they moved to Westerville to be closer to their family. They then began Attending Newstart church with their daughter and her family.
Frank was known for being an encourager! He loved the Lord and he loved his family. He also loved to play games! He will be greatly missed.
