

He was a loving and devoted husband, Dad, and “Pap”. Preceded in death by Rosie (née Jesser), his wife of 68 years; He is survived by children Jean Crawford (Tom), Matt Verleny, and Christine Verleny (Walter); grandchildren Dan Crawford (Lauren) and Mark Crawford (Danielle); and great-grandchildren Charlotte, Lincoln, Callum and Tilly.
Frank was born in Akron, Ohio. In high school, he met the love of his life, Rosie, and they went on to raise their family of 3 in Cuyahoga Falls. Following retirement from B.F. Goodrich Research & Development Center, Frank enjoyed golf and bowling, traveling and attending his grandsons’ athletic events. He and Rosie loved a good road trip. The perfect morning consisted of a Stownut, coffee and reading the newspaper together at Monroe Falls. A lifelong lover of all things flight related, he spent many hours building model airplanes that continue to be enjoyed by his family.
A private memorial service for the family will take place at a later date.
