Frankie J. Asencio, 69, of Columbus passed away on September 3, 2016. He was born in New York City to the late Frank Thomas and Purita (Gonzalez) Asencio. Frankie was a huge music lover. He enjoyed playing, listening, DJing, and programming. He was also a big fan of the Buckeyes and the Steelers. He will be greatly missed by his loving wife Susan I. (Mileusnich) Asencio; children Frank B. (Carol) Asencio and Nichole (Frank) Brown; and his grandsons Austin and Logan Brown. The family will receive friends from 10 am until his Mass of Christian Burial at 11am on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at St. Brigid of Kildare Catholic Church, 7179 Avery Road, Dublin with Monsignor Joseph M. Hendricks officiating. Inurnment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society by going to www.cancer.org/donate.
