Fred was born on April 10, 1939 in Gauley Bridge, West Virginia to the late Carl Lee and Olga Norman. He was number 10 of 11 children.
In addition to his parents, Fred is preceded in death by his son, Craig Allen Norman and 9 of his 11 siblings.
Fred is survived by his loving wife, Karen Norman; his sons, Todd (Angela) Norman and John (Renee) Norman; his grandchildren, Paige Craig and John Norman and Quinn Harner; and many relatives and friends.
Fred was an Army veteran and very proud of his service to his country. He was also an avid sports fan. He enjoyed baseball, football and especially his WVA Mountaineers. Fred was “one of a kind” to many who knew him. He was a straight shooter and always spoke his mind. The absolute loves of his life were his grandchildren. He will truly be missed by those that loved him.
