Fred Phillips

Fred Phillips, age 62, passed away on Tuesday, April 7, 2015. He was born in Columbus, Ohio on January 28, 1953 and was a graduate of Brookhaven High School. Fred was currently working at the Home Depot on Cleveland Avenue. He was preceded in death by his father, Herbert Phillips; and sister, Rita Joan Elliott. Fred is survived by his daughter, Heather (Chris) Herbster; grandchildren, Reagan, Sydney, and Grant Herbster; mother, Galena Gay Phillips; brother in-law, Robert (Connie) Elliott; niece, Jennifer (Scott) Wolfe; nephew, Wyatt Elliott; great niece Ellie Wolfe; and great nephew, Weston Elliott. Fred was a dedicated and thoughtful person who will be greatly missed to all those who were blessed to know him. Friends may call on Monday, April 13, 2015 from 6:00PM-8:00PM at the SCHOEDINGER NORTH CHAPEL, 5554 Karl Road, Columbus, Ohio where funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at 10:00AM. Celebrant Andrew Hoover officiating. Fred will be laid to rest at Kingwood Memorial Park, Lewis Center, Ohio.
