Frederick H. Cunningham, age 97, died on Monday, March 22, 2010. He was born in Columbus on July 22, 1912, and was a 65-year member of Sunrise Lodge, Valley of Columbus Scottish Rite, and Aladdin Shrine. He retired from AAMCO Transmission, and also worked for many years as an auctioneer at the Ohio Car Auction. Fred was inducted as a member of the Columbus Senior Musicians Hall of Fame, and he enjoyed owning and showing horses. He is survived by his niece, Frieda (Charlie) Ward and family in El Paso, Texas; and longtime friends, Jack and Yvonne Allen. Friends may call from 10-11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 24, 2010, at SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL, 1051 E. Johnstown Road, Gahanna. A Masonic Service will begin at 11 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Green Lawn Cemetery.
