Garrett "Gary" Rehl

Garrett “Gary” Rehl, age 62, passed away April 15, 2013. He was born March 19, 1951 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Richard and Grace Rehl; also preceded in death by granddaughter, Riley. He is survived by his wife, Deborah (Wilson) Rehl; children, Cary Rehl, Joshua Rehl (Melissa Carr), Melissa Rehl-Rayburn (Tony Ramsey) and Susan Rehl; grandchildren, Emma, Kerri, Nathaniel and Sierra; sister, Peggy George; brothers, Jeff (Sharon) Rehl, Richard Rehl and Lawrence Rehl; nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Gary was known as “Shoot-Man” to his co-workers at Donatos. He enjoyed fishing, chasing women and spending time with his grandchildren, especially time spent at Westgate Park. He was a member of Calvary Bible Baptist Church, a graduate of Columbus State and a Veteran of the U.S. Army, 82nd Airborne. Family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8pm Thursday, April 18, 2013 at Schoedinger Hilltop Chapel, 3030 W. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43204 where services will be held at 1pm Friday; Pastor Eric Sipe, officiating; interment in Alton Cemetery.
