

He worked at Columbus Auto Parts for 16 plus years then went to work for many years and retired from Ohio Clearwater Pools. He enjoyed spending time on his motorcycle and mowing their yard at home. He travelled all over the USA with his family and friends on mini trips and vacations. He loved American flags, eagles, and his belt buckles. He also enjoyed wearing his flannel plaid shirts. He was very loyal to his wife, family and friends. Garry was always joking, ornry and accepted everyone as family.
Besides his parents, Garry is preceded in death by siblings: Doris Stansbery, Ada Roberta "Bertie” Pounds, Nola Jean Collins, Charles “Junior” Blake and Roger A.
Blake. Garry was a loving and devoted husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather, and will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 54 yrs E. Sharon Blake; children Katrina R. Blake Seth, Garry W. (Violet) Blake, Troy D. (Nicole) Blake and Tobi L.(Kim) Blake; siblings, Lorraine (Paul) Williams, E. Elaine (John) Daniels, Carma Jean (Johnny) Trevino and Floyd Neal Blake. He is also survived by his life long friends Duane Vaughn and Ray Spears. His grandchildren,
G. W. Andrew Blake, Austin D. D. Blake, Raven J. Blake, Sierra M. (Richard) Blake Williamson, Savanna R. Seth, and Cheyanna A; Jaylyn A. Blake. Seth along with several great grandchildren, many neices, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends that loved him very much.
Friends may visit Monday, February 24th, 2020 from 11 am -1pm at the Schoedinger Worthington Chapel 6699 N. High St.(Route 23), Worthington, Oh 43085 where a service will follow at 1 pm. Burial at Fair View Memorial Park, 5079 Columbus Pike, (Route 23) Delaware, Ohio 43015. Potluck dinner following at FOE Eagles at 127 E. Williams St. Delaware Ohio 43015.
