Gary Ray Carter, age 68, of Columbus, died Friday, April 26, 2013 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital. He was served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War and worked at DCSC for many years. He will be remembered by many as a great guy with a big heart. He is survived by dear friend, Claudia McGuigan and her family; his sons, Kenneth, Tim, Gary, Jr., and Jeff Carter; siblings, Connie, Kathy, Pat, and Mike West; grandchildren, other relatives, and friends. Services are to be private.
