Gary W. Smith, age 68, of Columbus, died Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at Kobacker House. Gary is preceded in death by his parents, David & Bertha Smith and siblings, Mamie Collier, and Ronnie and Donnie Dowell. He is survived by his nieces and nephews, Rhonda, Harry, Kevin, Christina, Eva, and Bill; many great and great, great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. A visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 Noon Thursday, December 1, 2016 at Hope & Heart Funeral Home by Schoedinger, 2741 Cleveland Avenue; a graveside service will follow in Obetz Cemetery.
