George Anthony "Tony" Fawbush

George Anthony "Tony" Fawbush, born on May 23, 1973, age 45 passed away surrounded by family on September 23, 2018. After a courageous and brave ten month battle with pancreatic cancer. He is preceded in death by his father, George H. Fawbush Jr. Survived by his mother, Gloria (Newsome) Fawbush; sons, Kane, Caleb and Cameron Fawbush; sisters, Tracey (Bruce) Harrison and Crystal (Brian) Coffey; nieces, Kayla (Danny) Moore, Halle (Kevin) Sy, Julie Harrison and Zoey Coffey; nephews, Alex "AJ" Allen and Conor Harrison; great-niece, Akaylia Mae Moore; great-nephews, Kien Lor Sy and Axel Anthony Moore; best friend, Hayley Thompson; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. George graduated Briggs High School in 1991. He was an employee of Thompson Painting for many years. George attended Westside Freewill Baptist Church and was an avid Ohio State and Pittsburg Steelers fan. George was a generous and loving person who made everyone laugh and smile. He will be greatly missed and always loved by his family and friends. Family will receive friends at HEART AND HOPE FUNERAL HOME by SCHOEDINGER 3030 W. BROAD ST. COLUMBUS, OH 43204 on Thursday Sept. 27 from 2-3 p.m. with a service to follow at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers please make contributions to the funeral home.
