Geraldine Rutter

Gerry, was loved by all who met her. Her days as a roller skating rink manager, manager at Emil's Steer Inn and countless volunteer hours let her cross paths with people from all over Ohio, The USA and the world. She could often be found with a large number of bingo cards in front of her on any given night. After moving to New Smyrna Beach, she was a regular at The Sea Harvest, Peanuts on Flagler, and could be seen out taking pictures and enjoying her favorite music bands well into her 80s.

Gerry lived a full and vibrant life with more friends than you could count. Her family meant more to her than words can describe. She was the last living of a large group of siblings. Her home was always open to "the kids" and most members of her large extended family spent many nights at her house on Taylor Road. Never rich with money but never poor on love, she was everyone's favorite Aunt Gerry and later, Ganny.

ARRANGEMENTS ENTRUSTED TO SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST. Services will be held at a later date to be announced in 2021. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to your favorite charity in her name. Gerry will be laid to rest at Mifflin Cemetery in Gahanna, Ohio.
