Gregory A. McMahon

Greg McMahon, age 65, passed away March 20, 2023. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Robert and Burnell McMahon. Greg received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from The Ohio State University. He was a lover of all things mechanical and from a young age, he was always getting his hands dirty. He could often be found fixing cars at home or on the family farm mowing the fields and playing with his bulldozer and backhoe. He always said, “If you take care of it, it will last a lifetime,”, and he spent many hours of his free time maintaining the family cars and equipment to make sure they did last forever.

Greg is survived by his wife of 42 years, Ellen McMahon; daughter Amy; brother Steve (Robin); sister Janet (Harry); nieces Lauren, Katie, Audrey and Julie; nephew Rob; and grandnephew Jackson. Family will receive friends from 1:00 - 3:00pm on Sunday, April 30, 2023, with a memorial service immediately following at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST, 1740 Zollinger Rd, Columbus, Ohio 43221.
