

Harold Bryant Gulick, 90, of Orient, passed away August 25, 2011 in Columbus. He was born June 14, 1921 in Orient, the son of the late Guy B. and Velma (Gochenour) Gulick. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth (Wright) Gulick and brother, Carl Gulick. A life long farmer and resident of Scioto Township, Harold is survived by his sons, Guy Steven (Sheila) Gulick of Snow Camp, NC, Glenn B. (Lucinda) Gulick of Orient; daughter, Jan (Brad) Shannon of Orient; grandchildren, Kim, Gef, Tim, Greg, Derek and Leslie; great-grandchildren, Ryne, Jordan, Colby, Brooke and Brady; and sister-in-law, Jane Gulick of Wilmington.
Harold was inducted into the Ohio Fast-Pitch Hall of Fame in 1988. He played baseball and basketball but was best known for his years of softball with Top Hat and Penton.
Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 29, 2011 at DEFENBAUGH-WISE-SCHOEDINGER FUNERAL HOME, 151 E. Main St., Circleville with Rev. Sue McClelland officiating.
